When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, it’ll process within 1-2 business days. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information, where you will be able to track it until it arrives at your door!
Where do you ship products to?
Currently we only ship within the U.S. We’ll be expanding into Canada and the UK soon, so stay tuned!
How do I track my package?
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated depending on the service provider, please be patient! If you’re missing any of these important emails, please shoot us a note at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure you get the appropriate information ASAP!
What is the return policy?
We currently do not accept returns of our products at this time. However, If your order was damaged in any way upon arrival, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving it with your order number and a photo of the damages, and we’ll try to make it right!
My package shows it was delivered, but I can’t locate it. Help!

What if I need to change my order after it's been placed?
